Tao Jun was created by Hiroyuki Takei where she featured in the setting of the Shaman King universe.After that time, she began to work as a partner with Bailong and only commanded him if he wished to continue working with her. She later became an apprentice of Sati due to her knowledge of human anatomy allowing her to revive people. During the fight was is revealed that Bailong received an 'upgrade' of sorts after being defeated by En, in the form of a piston in his right arm which greatly increases his punching power. Jun and Tamao fight against Hana-gumi in order to defend Redseb and Seyrem until Mikihisa shows up. After her fathers death, she and her brother began to live with their uncle who was training Ren to participate in the Shaman Tournament. Her father was Tao Yúan (道円, also known as "Tao En"), and her mother was Ran with her being the older sister to her brother Tao Ren. Tao Jun (道 潤 Japanese: Tao Jun Pinyin: Dào Rùn or Dao Run) was a Chinese female daughter of the ancient family of shamans known as the Tao Family.
